The solution that Tensator developed was based on the Inline Virtual Queue Management Solution, with interactive functions that allows Nedjma to tailor the service to each specific customer. Upon entering the store, customers walk up to a Prima ticket dispenser, which is equipped with a TFT touch screen and is linked to television screens around the store. These screens, managed by Tensator’s Corporate TV software, display bespoke graphics to call forward the next customer and display multimedia footage.
